Net Method

The impression-level data that is provided to websites being evaluated or audited is limited in scope, but useful nonetheless to designers and marketers alike. Consider the following when rating the websites you came across during voting:

  • Is the site appealing and welcoming?
  • Are graphics above the fold space balanced and used effectively?
  • Is the image/graphic use appropriate and on-topic for visitors?
  • Is the website’s layout/structure easy to follow and understand?
  • Is typography choice consistent with brand and used appropriately?
  • Is the use of typography easy to scan and read?
  • Do clear, obvious attention/conversion paths exist?
  • Is the website’s navigation visible to users and logical to navigate?
  • Is the visual style uniform/consistent with the company/brand?
  • Is the site visually consistent in more than one browser?
